FAQs

How many people can you run a day for?

The minimum is 4, maximum is 20 which depends on what events you want to run on the day.

Can I just do shooting or buggy driving?

Yes, the combination day is most fun but we can design a days activities around what you most would prefer.

Is there a minimum age?

Yes, for both activities the youngest that can participate is 12 years old, anyone under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to sign the relevant disclaimers though.

Can anyone try the shooting?

Generally yes, however if you have a criminal conviction the answer is no, you will not be able to participate. Prior to any booking being confirmed each participant will need to complete a detailed form confirming identity and confirmation of no previous criminal conviction (excluding traffic offences).

Do I need a driving licence?

No, all the driving is off road, no licence is required.

Are you insured?

The buggy instructors are either all ARDs qualified race car driving instructors or have multiple years experience in off road racing with multiple race wins.

How safe is the shooting?

Very, Dynamic Shooting is one of the safest shooting disciplines possible, movement with the guns is controlled by a Range Officer who shadows the shooter when on the course of fire. Safety is paramount on the day and you will be taught how to properly handle a firearm safely. You will be provided with safety glasses and ear protection which must be worn at all times.

Each of the buggies is fitted with race specification roll cages, fire extinguishers and safety cut off switches. Both driver and passenger are securely strapped in with 4 point race harness’s and window nets.

Are the days suitable for the physically disabled?

Yes, subject to the level of disability all of the events can be tailored to allow most physically disabled participants to enjoy the fun. Its best to contact us with specifics first so we can ensure the day is designed to meet your needs.

What should I wear?

All the events are outdoors so wear clothing suitable for the time of year. Safety equipment (helmets, overalls, ear defenders and safety glasses) will be provided but its very likely you will get muddy and cold so dress accordingly.

What about refreshments on the day?

If you are on a full day package then a hot breakfast and hot buffet lunch is included, both served in our warm showroom. For half day packages free tea, coffee and soft drinks will be provided and we have light snacks available for purchase.

Are spectators welcome?

Very much so, there are several good viewing points for the activities and you can get some great photos.

How about corporate days, can I book something for my company?

Yes, corporate activity days are a mainstay of our set up, uniquely we are able to maximize the brand association with the day in our showroom which can act as both the meeting area but also as a product display. We can gear the event types and package to your needs and ensure they are suitable for all levels of ability and physical function.

What about weather?

Rain or shine the events can take place, we’ve not found mud yet that can stop a buggy or rain so heavy it can stop a bullet.
